Haha, have you played the game yet? Didn't think so, trust me, it's effin gory and a bit disturbing. I don't recall Zombies feasting on slain corpses in the previous 2 games, do you?|||

I don't see anything in D3 that looks like WoW except that you kill monsters and you get loot.|||

Have tou seen the original Diablo 3 they were working on? Probably the ugliest game I've seen in awhile, and more importantly so unlike Diablo and Diablo 2. This game lives up to Diablo 3 in more ways than their version would have ever.
Regarding skils points, Diablo had books, and only D2 had skills points. In a sense, Diablo 3 having an entirely new system does live up to the series tradition.
The games aesthetics are key on, it's akin to Neoclassicism work, see The Nightmare by Johann Fuselli; which fits the Diablo theme rather well.
RMAH, see every single post about them, it has been argued to death.
The minor problems are mostly with the four player limit, limiting the game to less than the predecessors seems odd, and the most recent depiction of the highest tier armors. But if you can't only pin point a few points and instead have a problem with the whole game, then you're entirely being irrational. Look at all the games those guys have been involved since Diablo series, pretty disappointing; I actually bought LHG, I was so disappointed, and Torchlight (!!), what a znoos-fest.|||i think what we all need to understand here is that diablo 3 is being put out under different management than diablo 2 was. since activisions take over, blizzard has turned into poop. the name of the game is benjamins, and they will maximize them at the expense of the fans.|||

When has Blizzard, or any company for that matter, not have money as there bottom line? Businesses go into business to make money. Do you believe that Blizzard was a charity before?
Activision has no creative control over Blizzard or vice versa . They both work independently from each other. Activision Blizzard is a holding company.
Instead of ranting garbage maybe you should try to increase your education.

Schaefer's and Blizzard North's version of D3 was an MMO. So in a way, it was even more like WoW than the current D3. Are you sure you want to go back to them?
