By the time I find a thread I deem worth responding to (which has actual content that isn't "LOL HUG A TUAREN DAY", or "dumb forum game poast nao", it's deleted.
Why so heavy handed, Blizzard? I haven't posted much on the new forums, but is this what we can expect in the future? A forum completely devoid of any semblance of intelligent conversation?
This type of moderation is a far cry from what we have on these legacy bnet forums which, in many respects, are handled in a far superior manner. I'm going to miss this forum when it's gone.|||LOL for how long?|||

This right here. Considering how generally AWFUL moderation has been for years, when we finally get it, it's a bitter bitter pill.

Yeah, dude, ive been trying as little as possible to post there but i cant stop. I dunno what it is. But for the longest time ive had many, many issues with Blizzard on certain things i say.
No issues here though, ever. Ever. So wierd.|||One of the first thing I saw in the other forums, other than the 100000 new people posting the same threads with the same obvious questions, is that people get reported for nothing. It's so stupid.. I saw somebody make a thread saying something like "Hey I found this is this legit?" about the press gettings e-mails... The post was reported. Wtf? Are people that dumb?
I can't believe you were banned for what you say. Some people are really posting crap and get nothing at all. I think a post is correct unless it's spamming, insulting or trolling (not just a joke or a bit of sarcasm, more than that).
We had Sammy here wich is the worse I ever saw in my life on forums and on the new forums it's really over moderated.|||Sammie was fairly easy to ignore.|||

Would see a moderator responding to people about a forum parasite insulting everybody and spamming 25 threads in a few minutes, by just saying : "Ignore him." ? I don't think so. I don't want to have to ignore every single troll that pops out. Plus Sammie had multiple accounts, ignoring one wouldn't ignore the new ones.

Lol I love that, other people are taking the piss too, but because they're 'joking around' they are ignored. However you are actually being serious and are trying to be constructive, giving her examples of threads you think she should check out, and apparently that constitutes spamming or trolling. Maybe 3 is too many links for one post.|||i got perm banned from this forum recently for trolling, never been banned for 2 years+ to instant permanent ban lol. I guess i lucked out with whomever was moderating at the time.
