You know they just ignore that fact.|||How does it feel knowing that they can make an equivalent game while spending only 1/5'th the development time?|||

BUT BLIZZARD NORTH
/MINDEXPLODE
/FAP/FAP|||I want these brothers back too (even in a smaller role)..... they could help with the expacs or something...........
Also..... Diablo 3 for them was an MMO project.... if they were told to go a similar direction to now I would support them.... anyways you all wouldn't be crying if this MMO was an MMO and ARPG all in one... two but seperate!
I bet they atempted a MMO because Blizzards pay was the shi* and they didn't want to take part in there terrible ideas/ideals!
(Also upon complaints and or criticsm.. they probablly would have amde this Diablo 3 MMO style; look better)
I say after 6 Diablo games........... make an MMO (a groundbreaking one)|||I find it funny how these people who idolize Blizzard North and the Schaefer brothers seem to give Torchlight a pass on all the things they criticize Diablo 3 for. After all, Runic Games claims to be the 'true' inheritors of the Diablo franchise, since they have the Schaefers.
My favorite example is the art style. These people complain about Diablo 3 being 'cartoony' and 'colorful' (ignoring, of course, that Diablo 2 was both cartoony and colorful as well). But the people behind the defunct Blizzard North can do no wrong, so Torchlight is all right, despite being even more 'cartoony' than WoW.
Which looks more appropriate for Diablo to you?

Yeah. The Schaefer brothers really have the Diablo juice in their veins. Torchlight is everything Diablo 3 should be. (/sarcasm).|||I think the art design is great but some other features are really disappointing. i will need to play to make a final judgement though. D1/D2 was flawed no question. But I think the flaws are what ended up making it Diablo. All those "broken" systems are revised now so we'll see how it all turns out.|||

+1000 After I saw many guys from Blizzard North went making their games it's suck. ALL of them. so I don't want them back at all. "Blizzard North" without "Blizzard" is nothing.|||http://www.youtube.c
somewhere in the middle, diablo 3-wow comparisons made.
