i was having the same problem. If when you log into your battle.net account and your world of warcraft character auto pops up click on the character name go to the bottom where it says manage characters, click it, then your starcraft 2 username should be at the top. click that and your all set|||

i dunno wtf it was but it took me FOREVER to find my sc profile.
maybe it would help to say (i think) its in a bright blue color?
