so now that the US have gotten the new D3 forum, us EU players still have the same old one.... or do we ;-)
You can in fact change to the new EU site by going to the US d3 site, and in the bottom (right side), you can change to English EU site... to get over to the EU d3 forum...
Or you can just visit this site :)
http://eu.battle
NOTE: You need either an Active WoW account or SC2 linked to your battle.net account before being able to post anything on the new forum's - EU forum is still locked down for us and we cant post anything yet!
UPDATE: We are now able to post on the new EU site, even though its not "public" yet
WE ARE NEAR BETA GUYS!|||Rubbish!
Few weeks ago I've bought Diablo 2 + LoD just to be able to post here and now I have to renew my WoW or SC subscription in order to post there.
Freaking ridiculous !!|||I don't see why the WoW account has to be active just so you can post. If I quit, but never got banned, then what is the point of keeping me out?|||I feel your pain. as if spending hundreds of pounds on wow in the past 6 years isnt enough. just because im not playing NOW i cant join in :/|||
|||This restriction is a a joke.. seriously, i wasted so %!%@ing much money on wow and i cant post in the forums because the account is no longer activated -.-

I agree with this, what kind of a joke is this? what is the reasoning behind having a totally diffrent product to be able to talk about another one? doesnt make sense to me at all.
We cant talk in a forum about---> DIABLO3 <---- unless we have an active subscription on Star Craft2 or World of Warcraft?, eh...anyone notice how those 3 games are diffrent games?
Why not just allow players to post in the Diablo3 forum if they have a Blizzard product? (a game they have bought and linked to their account should be enough imo, anything other than that is just childish, and shameless moneymaking and is just pissing off the crowd)
I own World of Warcrft and all of its current expansions, but i stoped playing shortly after the last expansion since i did not ifnd it as fun, so now i should not be able to post in a new Diablo3 forum? are these guys insane? or just crazed moneymonkeys? (i wont be activating any subscription for a game i wont play you deuches.)|||

I agree with you guys on principle... but even if it also is a money issue (though I think it is not) you have to also account for the more restrictive account measures put into place for these newer games in relation to bans... or we can have again Sammies pesting the new forums with infinite accounts.
It is sad, yes... but in a way it was the gaming community that brought these draconian measures upon itself :(
Though I agree that the active/inactive (not caused by banning measures) status requirements for WoW accounts is taking it a bit too far and could be loosened.|||

Eh...how can we be "plagued" by multiple accounts? that only means they have bought more than one prduct and registered multiple accounts, and that means they will get multiple banns if they harass forums...i dont get what you mean.
Dont know what i mean? ill explain it; to be able to post in this forum, you have to register a product key, and i would imagine that on bnet 2.0 you have to register a product key aswell to your ACCOUNT, meaning, if you post and **!! over all the rules, your account gets banned, no more playing for you on that account and you would have toget a new product key for a new account to be able to play and post....
So...how would we be pestered by anyone unless they are throwing out loads of cash just be to a-holes on the forum?
This is just Blizzards way of making additional pocket money imo, its sad to se that they do this to their customers.|||

Exactly because former games do not work like that at all... which is why Sammie was able to keep posting even when his accounts were banned one after another. Hence only new game titles are allowed. At least this is how I understand it.|||

They dont allow "new game titles" they only allow active subscriptions ON their new products from what i understand and read from other posts, why would i activate my WOW;Cataclysm? i already have it and own it, why would i have to open up my subscription to it, to be able to post in an entire new game? does not make a lick of sense to me, i have multiple Blizzard product keys that i have tied to my account, i have spend loads of Real-life cash on their products.
Why should i, somoene who has their most recent released products, not be allowed to post in a forum abouta yet-to-be-released game? just freakin bann my account if i dont follow the rules...jesus, never that they could be such deuches.|||Lovely looking site.|||This place is still batter then the new Eu D3 i think, posting in eu forums equals talking with your shadow :P|||Uh, can't seem to find the new forum... Link anyone?!|||
